Special Notes: Pre-payment to your account MUST be made by the 10th of the month to avoid                        Automatic Billing Charges.

Please remember the following important guidelines for adjustments to your membership:

  • Changes in your personal information need to be communicated to the club immediately              i.e., name, address, phone, billing info - credit card & checking accounts
  • All changes must be made in Writing - this may be done in person or via US mail.
  • You may upgrade your membership, (add a spouse or family member, or include racquet sports) at any time by stopping at the front desk, authorizing the change and paying the difference in monthly dues.
  • Requests for cancellations require a 30 day notice, in Writing and a review of your account          and balances prior to approvals.
  • Medical Holds are available for those who furnish a legitimate note or order from a Doctor       and  are completed at no cost to you..
  • You may Deactivate your membership (Hold or Freeze) with a written request and 30 days     notice.  A Reactivation fee will apply when you return, based on the number of months you have been away, up to a maximum of 9 months.
